Align employees with the organization objectives through internal communication and strategy campaigns.
Ensure that HR related regulations, guidelines, organizational procedures and policies are up to date and in compliance with Bahrain labor law.
Create development programs that meet individual, departmental and organizational requirements.
Conduct performance reviews and monitoring employees’ productivity.
Submit monthly quarterly and yearly KPI report.
Manage department’s training budget and finance.
Lead the analysis and evaluation of employee performance, identification of gaps, and creation of strategies to cultivate talent and improve performance at all levels of the Organization
Lead the Learning and Development department, deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training) and organize performance review after each training sessions.
Oversea and conduct seminars, team workshop and individual training sessions with the ability to motivate trainees.
Collaborate with internal/external business partners to create business-specific course content.
Organize for Request for Proposal between the departments and vendors, create an analysis report to finalize the request with concerned department heads.
