• Receiving all phone calls for the Ambassador
• Receiving and sending all invitations from and to all the other embassies
• Calling the customers after finishing there Visas to come to pick it up

• Making a good Relationship with the key persons in the companies by making a right follow-up on the services required and the time of delivery
• Getting all the phone calls to answer by me and guiding the customer with the right information regarding room reservations.
• Solving all the customers complains regarding all the issues they have in their rooms.
• Getting all the phone calls to answer by me and guiding the customer with the right information regarding the Ink Prices and the spare parts.
• Making a good Relationship with the key persons in the companies by making a right follow-up on the services required and the time of delivery
