Performance Management
• Poornata System: (as Administrator) Applying the online system for appraisal for Management Cadre (Poornata -System)
• Give full guidance to all Poornata members.
• Generate Reports to track the status and for any required data.
• Assist all Poornata Members in problems and try to solve it by coordinating with the help desk or Poornata team.
• Prepare the setting goals, mid-year review and annual appraisals mails.
• Reopen, transfer, cancel and delete documents.
• Finalize the cycle within the time frame.
• Staff Performance Management (non-management cadre):
• Encouraging the department to finalize their goal setting based on SMART criteria.
• Prepare the cover sheet for each department.
• Collect the Forms from departments.
• Prepare the dist. curve for each dept. and for total depts.

Business Visa Issuance:
• Assisting ACB travelers to obtain business visas
• Booking appointments in relevant embassies
• Provide applicants with necessary information and documents to be submitted to the concerned embassy by applicant
• Business Visa Renewals for frequent travelers.
Public Relations:
Events Planning
• Prepare and organize events and coordinate with hotels. (Workshops, Iftar Parties, Farewell, etc.)
• Choose the venue and get the best option
• Coordinate for all the required arrangements (transportation, Entertainment, equipment, decorations, Invitation cards, gifts, giveaways...etc.)
• Arranging for visits:
• Arranging tours and Site seeing
• Making reservations for lunch, dinners and meetings
