The Ministry of International Cooperation has been merge in Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning for 3 year form Aug 2012 to Aug 2015 at this period our Unit Structure not changed but we had job to manage loans projects and information and not only grants.

Key Achievements
• Responsible for managing the government efforts and local component for improving aid effectiveness and efficiency for both donors and recipients by participating in managing the 2 million Euro joint project, between MIC and UNDP in Sudan, in accordance with the principles of the Paris Declaration and Aid Strategy.
• Leading as Sudan National Coordinator the Paris Declaration for aid effectiveness monitoring surveys then the Global Partnership of Effective Development Cooperation Monitoring Surveys (2008-2016 )and participating in many International processes encouraging dialogue and commitment at both country and international level for making aid more effective.
• Successfully completed a 6 month training program in Crisis and Risks Mapping Analysis Project UNDP, which included intense database and geographic information systems training and working as a key member of the Eastern team.
Responsibilities
• Managing, coordination, communication, building relation and financial tracking with development partners’ foreign aid by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, acquiring and nurturing new and existing international donor relationships ensuring the inclusion of foreign aid in state budgets.
• Managing, coordination, communication and building relation with other partner in federal and focal points at state level through establishing Aid Management and Coordination Units in their disciplines also responsible of financial budget of local component for many joined project between government and Donor .
• Monitoring, Analysing and evaluation for existing projects and providing detailed foreign aid information (ODA) to the international community.
• Facilitate the development and adaptation of tools and guide lines ( M&E system) in aid data monitoring and evaluation and support the use for the system by organizing capacity development federal and state partners.
• Following up to ensure accurately entering data into the Sudan aid information database (SAID) and leading the process of developing national M&E system in Sudan which is now launching and a workshop conducted with UNICEF team and states focal points to discuss the system for providing timely reports and updates.
• Establishing Aid Management and Coordination Unit in the federal Ministries and states.
• Conduct regular capacity building activities for all project government partners through structured training, on job training and mentoring including regular field trips.
• Playing a pivotal role in assisting writing project proposals and resource mobilization with different donors.
• Responsible for realising project goals and objectives and providing a detailed annual plan in line with budget constraints.
• Coordinate for Sudan Aid Strategy preparations process and Aid on budget consultancy with partner from Government and donors.
• Organizing training programs, any levels of meeting and conferences.
• Participate in Aid Effectiveness activities in local and international level.
