The company is implementing a desalination Plant in Al Alamein, Marsa Matruh and waste water treatment Plant in Abu-Rawash
Some duties added to the below ones:
My duties in addition to any other new needed tasks:
1- Responsible for all administrative matters for Expatriates including booking flights and trains tickets, arrange transportation inside Egypt country, manage the hotel reservations, also responsible to help them to find suitable apartments or villas, collect needed information of schools for their children, share some points of view related to culture differences and any other aspect of life that affect positively on their performance at work.
2- arrange with the security department all the expatiates travel plan during their existence in Egypt and provide all needed information hotel names and drivers ID’s
3- Take the needed procedures to finalize visas, work permits and custom clearance for expatriates
4- Organize board meeting for shareholders and top management
5- Manage the count of vacation balance for team
6- Prepare the monthly expenses plan for the office, manage the petty cash and the monthly budget
7- procure all needed stuff as stationery, printers, copiers and kitchen items update a list includes all the service providers and suppliers, request for offers make comparison sheet and follow delivery for the shipment or the service then verify the bills gather all paper and follow the payment conditions
8- follow with the lawyers in Egypt all legal issues related to the company mainly establishing the foreign branch of Company in Egypt and all other legal issues and co-ordinate between mother company in Madrid to receive all needed documents
9- negotiate and sign hotel agreements with hotels in Egypt
10- coordinate with travel department in Madrid all new contracts and deals I achieved in Cairo
11- manage the filing system for the branch and the official correspondences with authorities
