Recruitment & Selection:
Responsible for sourcing CVs by preparing job announcements in appropriate channels and review current database of qualified candidates for technical positions.
Perform phone screening and Interview applicants to assess their compatibility against requirements.
Handle pre-boarding and on-boarding activities including but not limited to new hire orientation, signing contracts, introduction to team members and review duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities and company handbook.
Develop job descriptions, job specifications as required.
Employee Relations and Personnel:
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and contributes to the development and deployment of policies and validate its terms against Egyptian labor law.
Handle off-boarding activities ensuring that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
Keeping personnel records up-to-date in electronic and paper forms.
Provide HR advisory service and support to employees in various HR related topics and recommend HR strategies to motivate employees.
Manage employee benefits: like Medical, social and life insurance
Handling medical insurance additions, deletions and employees reimbursements, audit medical insurance invoices and coordinate with the finance department for payment processing.
Resolve any issues that may arise and deliver additional tasks or projects as requested.

Recruitment & Selection:
Participate in workforce planning through determining and prioritizing the recruitment needs in close liaison with the HoDs to understand their staffing needs.
Preparing job announcements, job posting in appropriate channels and expansion of sourcing channels.
Approaching potential candidates, screening CVs and schedule interviews, conduct initial CBI interview and evaluate the candidates accordingly.
Coordinate with the heads of departments and candidates for the panel, assist in selecting the proper candidates based upon the JRs, JDs and team structure/culture in addition to making recommendations for salaries and classifications according to company's salary scheme.
Keeping good records for the recruitment process, maintain a database for the all interviewed candidates and develop a pool of potential calibers for current and future staffing needs.
Responsible for handling the pre-boarding and on-boarding process for the new recruits and respond to emerging situations and gather feedback about orientation sessions to assure an effective on boarding and unforgettable first week experience.
Representing the company in employment fairs to reach successful employer branding.
Employee Relations:
Preparing contracts, and ensure availability of resources, setting up of the PCs any other logistical needs.
Communicate with the assigned bank for HR related matters and report any problematic area.
Training & Development:
Determine the needed training and professional education for employees. Approaching trainers and training providers to select the appropriate training courses/programs that match the company/employees training needs after analyzing the courses outlines and content.
Coordinate with the trainers, customize training programs and collect/analyze feedback received from the trainees to assess the training effectiveness.
Announce and follow up on the completion of the assigned E-learning courses.
Organizational Development:
Well understanding of business needs accompanied with keeping a close eye on market development to recommend or report action steps or needed amendments to conserve the company leading position.
Update and Submit the QMR (Quarter Management Report) stating the areas of success, difficulties and KPIs in compliance with the annual HR business plan.
Update the organizational chart on timely manner and ensure its compatibility with Group Org. Chart Develop new projects, ideas and plans to increase the employees’ engagement and loyalty
Participate with the HR team in setting the annual business plan
Develop job profiles, job descriptions and job specifications and determine the career path consequently.
Consolidation of data and issuance of any reports requested by the HR manager.
Internal Communication:
Prepare and release any internal announcements or emails from the HR department side to all the employees.
Organize all the annual gathering events and handle venues, events program, team building activities, required presentations and coordinate with the graphic designers for the internal branding matters.
Assist in the preparations and implementation of the monthly HR calendar activities.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned.
