- The Credit Management Unit department in HSBC monitors all the credit cards and loans in the
bank (Car loans, Personal loans, Home loans etc…)
- Preparing lists of customers, searching for the late payments.
- Calling, sending emails and messages to the customers reminding them of their payments and the
amounts of their credit cards.
