- Reviewing Project License (Process Folw Diagrams PFDs and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams P&IDs, Reviewing Plot Plans and Equipments’ General Arrangement, Reviewing Equipments Drawings, Reviewing Material Request for Quatation MRQs, Technical offers, Technical evaluations, and Purchase Orders POs of equipments and packages)

- Attending the mechanical completion, precommisioning, commisioning and start up of the Egyptian Styrenics Production Company ( Estyrenics)

(Technical Affairs, Production Planning Department )
- Monitored stock levels and maintained optimum business level; interfaced with production and consumption points to maintain min. stock levels.
- Expedite and de-expedite raw and package materials to support and maintain a flexible production schedule while communicating with Business Units and support departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Plan raw material and corresponding packaging supply.
- Maintain Bills of Material, material master data, factory invoices and internal KPI’s .
- Issue the planned orders.
- Ensure that the correct prices are updated and request any prices update from the supply management.
- Implement consignment inventory goals, turnover targets.
- Coordinate with the clearance team for shipment clearance.
- Coordinate with the warehousing team to manage the shipment receiving
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation.
- Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
- Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
- Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet.
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
- May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.
