Creating initiatives for sales promotion and executing these marketing events for increasing sales Engaged in:

maintaining high standards of visual appearance and display
Collecting and encoding input database for process of Training Needs Assessment
•Writing and compiling reports of ongoing trainings and workshops and activities of the Career Resources Center
• Assisting with registration, confirmation and coordination of workshop and with the preparation of material and documents
•Worked on improving the current filing system of trainings organized by the Staff Development Unit
•Prepared a template for the upcoming UN Staff Development Training posted on the intranet
•Developing means of promoting and outreaching of resources and services of the center. Designing monthly and weekly posters to process the Career Resources Center
•Facilitating borrowing books, dispensing articles and training materials in the center and schedule periodical video shows
•Proposed and implemented a different approaches to the scheduling of video shows
•Assisting clients with internet browsing on Career Development issues
•Took part in editing Living Condition in Ethiopia a book for newly recruited staff members in UN
