Yearly update of customers files.
- Record all faxes, mails, calls received from customers.
- Preparing letters from different departments and Deputies Chairman.
- Prepare export control.
- Issue delegation letters as required.
- prepare the warranty certificate of the sold equipment.
- Issue the Receiving & delivery Notes of equipment maintenance in the workshop.
- Making the required document scanning.
- Register customers data in our customer database.
- Preparing Tenders envelopes.
- Handling HR Tasks (organizing interviews and handling interviews document).
- Handling internal & external calls.
- Handling customers call and visits and communicate them to the concerned staff.
- Assign appointment of Meeting room.
- Filing all hard copies of customers’ correspondence.
- Preparing Delegations.
- Send & Receive faxes to/from customers and other parties.
- Make internal distribution of all issued letters and offers.
- Organize hotel booking for internal staff and external visitors.
- Register my company with other companies.
- Handling Customer complains
- Prepare Customer’ satisfaction report.
- Providing visiting customers with the appropriate hospitality.
