•Creating Work Breakdown Structures of the project.

•Initiate the project by liaising with the Client and other Consultants on a regular basis.

Creating a Geodatabase for more than 2, 000 Km of road network to be used in the road safety survey.
•Generating all necessary maps of the road network, finding, and output to be used in the survey and final report.
Project: Saadiyat Island Development Transportation Master Plan Study, Abu Dhabi U.A.E
•Developing a transportation model for Saadiyat Island to evaluate and validate the transportation multi-modal concepts.
•Preparing Shapefiles needed for the transportation analysis (TAZs, centroids and centroid connectors, road and transit networks).
•Assisting in the development of trip generation, trip distribution and road / transit assignments.
•Handling the QA/QC of all the model output files.
•Utilizing Synchro and Sidra software to develop the Saadiyat road network model to evaluate and analyze signalized, un-signalized, and roundabout intersections.
•Assisting in the preparation of the TMP technical report with the coordination of the Transportation Project Manager.
•Assisting in the preparation of several TIS studies for multiple developments within Saadiyat Island, such as Al Manarat and Marina Tower.
Project: Sir Bani Yas Island Development, Abu Dhabi U.A.E
•Developing a transportation model for Sir Bani Yas Island to design and evaluate its unique transportation multi-modal concepts.
•Preparing Shapefiles needed for the transportation analysis (TAZs, centroids and centroid connectors, road and transit networks).
•Developing a manual trip generation and trip distribution based on planned number of visitors and activities.
•Handling the QA/QC of all the model output files.
•Utilizing Synchro and Sidra software to develop the Saadiyat road network model to evaluate and analyze signalized, un-signalized, and roundabout intersections.
•Assisting in the preparation of the TMP technical report with the coordination of the Transportation Project Manager.
•Ortho-rectification, geo-reference and mosaic of aerial photos and satellite images using ERDAS Imagine 9.0.
