-Dealing with suppliers on a daily basis - answering phone calls/whatsapp messages/emails and inquiries
-Meeting the suppliers, introducing them to the concept and physically examine their items
-Input all the new items on the website
-Following up with suppliers
-Tracking stock rotations/new entries/ transfers to Dubai&Jordan

My role was to:
-Organize magazine content
-Prepare weekly social media content
-Prepare monthly newsletter/ pamphlet
-Analyze store feedback to create a better marketing scheme for the brands that needs to be in focus as well as the garments that needs to be in focus.
-Organize events for the concept store.
-Organize photoshoots, be present on set and prepare the styles, create a moodboard for the photoshoot and find the model.
-Prepare strategy meetings with the creatives + brands.
-Create a yearly strategy based on trend research, store feedback and yearly analyses....
-Update the website/ store Ipads
-Create a list of cross promoters every season
-Choosing the theme and the items that will be posted on the website.
-finalise all the required details from store concepts to FAQs…
-collaborate with the photographer and monitor the photo shoots.
-maintain an updated system throughout the day.
-follow-up with the purchases online
-overlook the whole process and make sure nothing goes wrong.
-advertise the products using social media as well as adding captions to each item.
Handle In Good Spirit social media platform from FB, instagram and Twitter.
Do daily research for topics related to In Good Spirit, post articles, pictures and whatnot to maintain a socially active account.
Attend events, cover the ground and write and post it on social media.
Follow up with people and assist in creating events for the In Good Spirit.
my job role was to overlook all the design process monitor our clients and schedule new exhibitions around the world.
And every season we would collaborate with a young designer and give them the chance to produce their creativity and here i had to be there step by step and over look every detail in the design/making/production of the collection.
As a fashion journalist at Sanaa Ayoub, my job is to keep the website up-to-date with fashion news, top trends season by season and weekly articles.
The job consists of research and creating topics for articles, all while keeping in mind the style and personal mood of the website.
Freelance Fashion editor, responsible for commenting and explaining all fashion shows season by season, mostly highlighting the style, color palette, fabrics, shapes and accessories....adding to that model profile, new launching from accessories, stores and so on.....
Updating the website by researching and writing articles on daily basis about new fashion materials from news on catwalks, trends, celebrities, new releases in the fashion worldwide.
Also, because the magazine had a specific market and audience, some news had to be picked accordingly to please and attract our customers.
As a team member in H&M, i try to offer best customer service to all ages, and offer them different range of styles accordingly, always offer alternative options.
at the same time, i'm training to be a full time visual merchandiser, study how to display items according to color combination, style factor, and mood wise,
worked as a sales person, who is a fashion consultant at PIAFF; our objective is to be knowledgeable about the designers present in the store, being able to understand the garments and their styles; then mix and matching and offering a serious of different looks, different styles....
also worked as an assistant merchandiser, we had to change the stores appearance every 7 days, from window display to table display! and each week we highlight a certain designer and showcase the best of his work...
worked in the creative department; coming up with themes and moods, working on designing appropriate garments related to a given concept, working with fabrics, colors, patterns....
