Receives incoming calls and emails; takes messages, responds appropriately and routes correspondence to the
appropriate executive of staff members
 Handles request, feedbacks and queries quickly and professionally
 Supports CEO with daily clerical tasks
 Arranges meetings, appointments, travel bookings & hotel reservations, dining arrangements and gives
reminders or memo as needed
 Monitors the employees’ records, attendance reports and perspective vacations
 Manages office and pantry supply levels then reorder when appropriate
 Checks the transactions to make sure payments, amounts and records are properly calculated
 Prepares the payment, receipt and petty cash vouchers for internal records and makes cheque copies for
reference
 Maintains proper filings of accounting documents for bookkeeping and updates to QuickBooks system
 Develops and carries out efficient documentation and filing system for both soft and hard copies
 Delegates tasks to other members of the team appropriately
