Receives incoming calls and emails; takes messages, responds appropriately and routes correspondence to the
appropriate executive of staff members
Handles request, feedbacks and queries quickly and professionally
Supports CEO with daily clerical tasks
Arranges meetings, appointments, travel bookings & hotel reservations, dining arrangements and gives
reminders or memo as needed
Monitors the employees’ records, attendance reports and perspective vacations
Manages office and pantry supply levels then reorder when appropriate
Checks the transactions to make sure payments, amounts and records are properly calculated
Prepares the payment, receipt and petty cash vouchers for internal records and makes cheque copies for
reference
Maintains proper filings of accounting documents for bookkeeping and updates to QuickBooks system
Develops and carries out efficient documentation and filing system for both soft and hard copies
Delegates tasks to other members of the team appropriately
Provides literature and information to clients concerning local, interstate and international tours, travel routes,
accommodation, local customs, fares, and travel regulations
Operates the E-DNRD, assisting guest as Airport Representative and handling group clients
Discusses clients’ requirements and advises on suitable options
Plans prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
Advises clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
Issues tickets for travels, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentations
Assists with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.

Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of products
capabilities and limitations.
Maintains customer records, uses automated systems.
Provides customers with ongoing technical support.
Initiates sales campaigns and follows marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales and production
