We are the one who responsible in providing the good customer service to our valued customer. Maintaining the good sales and achieving the monthly target as well as the maintaining the tidiness of the store. Supervising the in and out stocks and filling some documents. Cash Handling is also our main responsible as a Sales Assistant.
I am responsible for the documentation of the in and out stocks and monitoring of the inventory. I prepared also the contract of the customer and explaining the content. We are the one who entertain the inquiries whether it is phone or walk in.
Greeting and welcoming the guest once they enter the premisses. Checking for the availability of the rooms whether it is occupied or pre-ocuupied, walk in and phone inquires are one of our role and preparing the bill of the guest.
