Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for increasing the sales team performance by effectively maintaining sales operating procedure, and aiming to fulfill customer satisfaction.
o Manage client enquiry, and client assignment to Account managers
o Oversee Support team in project proposal preparation, complete with specification and presentation board;
