2. Billing Expert - Handles customer’s past and present billing concerns. Assists customers regarding products/services queries.
3. Sells products/services - Sells product and places customer’s order in computer system.
4. Assists other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Filling and Data Archiving - Maintains updated working files, transmittal reports, business letters and correspondents, and other relevant office forms.
2. Office Operations - Responsible in supervising replenishment of office supplies and pantry items, endorse requisition forms to immediate superior for approval.
3. Perform Secretarial position - Arrange booking for business trips and meetings for Operation Manager.
4. Provides general and administrative support to the Operation Manager. Responsible for the documentation, routing of memos and correspondences and relieves superior of clerical work and business detail.
