1. Prepares Weekly and Monthly report for Civil and MEP works
2. Prepares Project Presentation
3. Coordinate to Site Engineers to update physical accomplishments
4. Outlines comments as per the status of the project and propose recommendations to Project Manager
5. Assist Contracts Manager for Preparation of Baseline Programs (Cost loading, Resources, etc.)
6. Prepares 2weeks lookahead, list of delayed activities, and % update of specific activities (Civil or MEP works) or as per requirements of Project Manager

1. Prepares Monthly update in P3 of on-going project (Al Reef Villas Project)
2. Conceptualize and Prepares Baseline Program (P6) for new Project (Various Mosques in Abu Dhabi)
3. Prepares Technical Documents for new Tenders
4. Prepares Quantity Take off and initial pricing of BOQ (Tender)
5. Prepares Technical letter, notice, inquiries and reminders to approved suppliers
6. Prepares material submittals and revision for the approval of Consultants
7. Coordinate to Consultant for the conformity in the Specifications of material and of the supplier's Manufacturer
8. Follow up and coordinate to suppliers for the Procurement and deliveries of the required materials
9. Edit/revised drawings in Autocad
10. Attends meeting together w/ the Project Manager and/or General Manager for On-going Project update or for new Tender clarification
11. Perform other related engineering duties
1. Prepares estimation for new Tenders (Building, Villas etc)
2. Prepares comparison sheet for Bid and actual quantities
3. Finalize Quantity Take off and initial pricing of materials
4. Assist Purchasing officer for supplier follow up and quotations
5. Analysis of materials specifications
6. Edit drawing in CADD
7. Prepares various engineering works
1. Prepares Monthly Progressive report update of the Project
2. Monitor the activities of the contractor and other sub contractors of the projects for the status and accomplishments
3. Filings of the communications of the Contractors and subcontractors
4. Charging officer for materials procurement and overall expenses in the office
5. Estimates and prepares Program of work
6. BID and AWARD Secretariat
7. Attends weekly and monthly meeting to update progress of the project and monthly presentation
8. Attends seminar in and Out of town for additional knowledge and upgrading work experience
9. Designer of Irrigation and Drainage canal structures
10. Prepares Good For Construction Plan and Profile
11. Design and estimates concrete foot bridges
12. To CADD for major and minor structures, plan and profiles
13. Perform other related engineering works
