• Ensuring all customers get proper attention to their requests and received excellent customer service in order to reach the store target.
• Coordinate sales strategy with sales staff.
• Guide the sales staff to ensure the customers receive excellent and timely service.
• Developing the sales team, developing action plans to increase the business.
• Preparation of various reports for the management.
• Implement and supervise sales and promotion to maximize revenues.
• Monitor the sales targets achievement
• Make continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work procedure and work cooperatively and jointly to achieve the brand objective
• Manage staff scheduling to include work assignment/rotations, employee training, and employee vacations.
• Work independently and organize and assign staff to meet the deadlines.
• Supervise and coach the sales staff to ensure that they maintain proper product mix, appropriate merchandising as per brand requirements, maintain points of sale material in excellent condition.
• Doing cycle count as well as seasonal section.
• KPI achievement updates to Retail operation manager.
• Attending monthly and quarterly meeting.
• Random check of stock and suggest re-orders if necessary to maintain ideal stock levels.
• Planning, communication with the buyer team, VM team and Area Manager when ordering goods from the suppliers.
• Increase sales and help the sales staff to achieve the target
• Sending weekly and monthly report to the area manager.
• Ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented accurately.
• Processing transaction quickly and accurately.
• Receiving deliveries in and out of the stores by using RPRO/SAP.
