Liaising with clients and updating and maintaining any paperwork regarding the removals job and warehouse activities
Efficiently communicate with current and prospective clients, providing any required information and maintaining correspondence throughout the removal process.
Coordinating Removals activities between customer and management.
Undertake cargo survey for packing and removals department Ensuring written record of client’s belongings and that work is carried out efficiently and quickly by removals crew.
Dealing with complaints and/or other customer requirements by constant liaison with admin office while in the field.
Dealing with customer related issues in the complete Sales Cycle in Self Storage and Warehouse, i.e from incoming call to booking their space to preparation of contract and servicing of the account in highest possible standards.
Upgrading existing file system and consequent maintenance of files and faxes, email communication with clients and liaison with all other departments during the course of business, i.e Operations and Finance.
Responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Understanding all our vendors/suppliers (including but not limited to hardware suppliers) and establishing positive relationships with them.
Updating of contracts and Service Agreements
Understanding Warehouse Management and Self Storage Systems in order to assist IT Department. Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports Updating and Entering data in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
