1. Design, create, implement and install computer networks.
2. Administers and manage computer networks including hardware, software, applications, and configurations.
3. Create user profiles on the network and adjust information, software, and application permissions and privileges.
4. Maintain and enforce the group’s IT policy via the network.
5. Maintain security and privacy of company site's domains.
6. Apply Implement the maintenance plan for all software and hardware as directed by the direct manager.
7. Troubleshoot, diagnose, solve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, replace defective components when necessary for local and external sites, and provide on-call & remote support for any IT issues through a ticketing system
8. Fix defective hardware via the electronic hardware maintenance centre
9. Coordinate with service providers to troubleshoot problems when necessary
10. Perform systemized back-ups for all company computers.
11. Recommend software and hardware specifications for procurement purposes, and verify them before purchasing takes place.
12. Perform hardware maintenance for handheld devices, fingerprint system, and printers
13. Create a software and hardware maintenance plan to be approved by the manager, and implement the plan
14. Perform installation, configuration, and support of 3G routers in DRS and PRS, and troubleshoot all software issues related to readings, pressures and station information
15. Create of communication cables between station's PLCs and computers
16. Store IT stocks, and archive IT department hardware and software documentation
