Operating room team leader-coordinates with the surgical team, the patient in different units within the hospital as the case allows. Manages the schedulling of patient to balance staffing, availabilty of operating rooms, sterile instruments and other paraphernalia with that of the surgical cases.PACU Nurse-receives post operative patient, monitor vital signs, level of conciousness, intake and output.Making sure patient meet the aldrete score of 12 before shifting to respective unit.DSU nurse- prepare the patient for operation, history taking, V/S checking, insertingindwelling catheter if needed, shaving of the site of operation.Scrubnurse-prepare necessary equiptment for the surgery, assist the surgeon during operation.Circulating Nurse- Coordinates with surgical team and anticipate their needs.
