ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include project design from concept design development, permitting, detailed design development, 3d modelling and project management stages. Extensive use of computer-aided software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketch-up 3d, Lumion, IN-Design, MS Office, and Photoshop.
 Meeting with clients and determining their needs and spatial design requirements from workshop until project completion.
 Preparing design presentation, design diagrams, sketches, 2d drafting and 3d modelling from massing to final façade design of the project. Drafting architectural site, floor layout, interior and exterior elevations, and technical details and building sections.
 Revising and modifying designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
 Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
 Developing and presenting project proposals that comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.
 Reviewing and checking structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) design in coordination with the Architectural design and drawings to ensure accuracy of the design.
 Handling over the full drawing package which includes Architectural, Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) to the Client.
 Coordinating and delegating assigned disciplines to prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
 Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
 Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
 Reviewing and checking of construction shop drawings.
 Reviewing and checking materials, bill of quantities and specifications.
 Assisting Client on material selections for exterior façade and interior finishes.
 Visiting actual site construction to ensure and evaluate that architectural procedures and techniques have been implemented precisely to complete the project.

Position: Architectural Cad Draftsperson

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Duties include project drafting and design. Extensive use of AutoCAD for assignments.
• Develop presentation drawings and coordinate drawings with other disciplines.
• Use Photoshop for project presentation.

Position: Architect

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Project-in-Charge, responsible for checking all necessary appropriate architectural, interior and detailed drawings and coordination with task personnel for the implementation of the design at actual project site.
• Checked and submitted working drawings to PICO Design Department (Singapore) for approval and implementation.
• Collaborated with Singaporean Engineers to ensure adherence for specification of project plan. Extensive use of AutoCAD and MS Office software.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Project-in-Charge, responsible for checking all necessary detailed drawings and coordination with task personnel for the implementation of the design at actual site.
• Checked and submitted working drawings to SM Design Department for approval and implementation.
• Distribute task to subordinate at actual project site construction.
• Extensive use of AutoCAD and MS Office software.
