⦁ Managing QHSE management system in the account in line with ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2017 / ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001:2015 and UAE Fire and Life Safety COP and others regulatory requirements applicable to the account.
⦁ Monitor and ensure all QHSE weekly / monthly reports are compiled, reviewed and submitted to the Head of QHSE
⦁ Extend support to the Head of QHSE and Procurement team in reviewing and assessing the Contractors QHSE prequalification and preparing tender related QHSE documentations.
⦁ Organizing in-depth HSE Audits and preparing the report within the specified timeframe for items as per the requirements & needs.
⦁ Advise the respective Facility Managers, Supervisors and the rest of the on-site teams in closing out the audit comments raised from the client audits and other second party audits, and directing them to reach 100% compliance
⦁ Monitor, establish, prepare and review projects specific Risk Assessments, Risk Registers, COSHH assessments, Fire and Evacuation Plans, HSE procedures, and follow up on the implementation of control measures to mitigate the risks to an acceptable level.
⦁ Leading and conducting Fire Drills in coordination with the client, and local authorities for all accounts in accordance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Building Emergency Plan.
⦁ Monitor and ensure HSE external training in coordination with Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality and other governmental certification bodies.
⦁ Ensuring HSE Toolbox Talks, job-related briefings, induction training for Ejadah staff and other contractors are conducted.
⦁ Lead and conduct Incident Investigations and recommend robust corrective and preventive action plans, reviewing policies and procedures if required. Maintain Incident log on the account and implement incident reduction program.
⦁ Discuss and produce reports with FM team on the safe operation of technical equipment such elevators, BMU, and electrical doors, HV, LV systems, Fire protection systems, Fire Alert and Firefighting systems, HVAC systems, Gas systems, access control systems, storage, and distribution systems are maintained in a safe manner.
⦁ Monitor and Direct QHSE activities to ensure the clients’ QHSE related SLA/KPIs are met.
