*Generated/booked/confirmed purchase orders, tracked purchasing activity and measurements such as receipt of proforma for L/C opening procedure or in advance payment, order confirmation, payment release for order processing, notify suppliers of payment, check delivery time & goods readiness status.

* Liaised with International suppliers regarding loading plans, slots bookings, good collections & shipping.
*Coordinated with foreign suppliers regarding processing & correction of the shipping documents (invoices, packing list, COO, EUR1 document, air waybills or marine on board bill of lading), to make sure that they are issued in compliance with the L/C terms and as per the Lebanese customs regulation to avoid customs penalties and extra charges in rectifying the documents during the goods clearance stage.
*Managing/Follow-up/reconciliation of statement of accounts of abroad suppliers and liaison with our accounting dept. for timely payment of their bills (responsible of International accounting booking records)
