Provide excellent customer service support by addressing general inquiries related to account,
products and service through email.
* Address customers’ concerns in a timely manner and follow up with customers as needed.
* Occasional brief phone calls to account partners for customer related concerns may be required.
Takes and serves food and beverage orders according to prescribed standards of service.
* Looks after the necessary preparations before the start of the operation.
(e.g wipes/prepares containers, mis-en-place, etc. and sets-up the table and installs required
facilities.)
* Studies and familiarizes the menu and do suggestive selling especially for out of stock items.
* Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
* Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
S-M-A-R-T (Party Reservations) and Service Crew
Screening resumѐs.
* Assisting the HR team during exams & interviews for OJT/internship application.
* Receive & answer inbound and outbound calls.
Make, book & confirm party reservations.
* Answer customers’ inquiries regarding the party reservations and packages, their mode of
payment, etc.
* Make phone sales with regards to our upcoming activities, events, promos & services.
* Provide effective and exceptional service to customers.
Respond to a high volume of telephone inquiries to book travel reservations.
* Responsible for greeting customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
* Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers.
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits and follow-up
to ensure resolution.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods/tools.
