• Making RFI’s for clarifications of discrepancies observed from the received Tender Documents (Drawings and BOQ’s)
• Analyzing the contract for the Scope of Works and Project Requirements and for the Variation Works (Claims/Omissions).
• Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects from the initial calculations to final figures.
• Checking the supplier’s submitted quantities identical to the IFC and As-built drawings. Hence, preparing payment certificate as per the received invoice from the supplier as per the confirmed actual quantities and measurement approved by the Project Manager.
• Minimizing the project costs and enhances value for money to achieving the required standards and quality.
• Composing Technical Letters to respond with the consultants and clients’ queries, and reports the project accomplishment and status.
• Meeting with the suppliers, sending inquiries and requesting quotations from them to suit the project requirements.
• Creates internal comparison sheet of the received quotations from various suppliers, consequently, does negotiation to match with the allocated budget.
• Prepares payment application for the client based from the percentage of work progress accomplished on site. Hence, coordinates with the client/consultant’s representative relative to payment applications and variation orders.
