Further responsibilities to prior role:
- analysing and controlling investment (Capex, Inventory, Projects, DSO)
- performing monthly reviews of Profit and Loss- and Balance Sheet accounts including business indicators such as profitability and liquidity
- presenting of monthly analysis on costs and revenue
- undertaking financial planning, forecasting and monitoring of results versus objectives
- identifying weaknesses in internal control and propose action plan
- developing and evaluating business or project financial metrics and drivers
Cash Management
- preparing and analysing of cash flow and payment budgets
- monitoring and controlling of all cash and bank balances
- managing and improving of entire payment processes
- handling of loans and respective repayment installment plans
- issuing of monthly bank reconciliations
Financial Analyses
- analysing of financial comparison, budget performance and
year-to-year schedules
- analysing, interpreting and reviewing of profit-and-loss statement
and balance sheet
- monthly review of variance reports to budgets and forecasts
- generate financial performance reports to identify business drivers
and key trends
- issuing monthly financial reporting to the shareholders
- creation and distribution of monthly financial performance reporting
- supply of complex data analyses as support of management
decisions
- developing of internal reporting tools to improve informative value
- reporting to Finance Director and CFO
