• Perform all the duties of the Customer Service Representatives and Deliver Drivers
• Responsible for all store operations
• Operating the Cash Register and collecting payment from customers,
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customers sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standands.
• Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all Restaurant standards and steps of service are met through all guests interactions.
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
• Ensure staffing levels for all outlets are accurate based on outlet business levels. Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff, such as house count and menu changes.
• Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
• Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties. Answer telephones in a clear voice, coordinate and document reservations. Organize special events in the restaurant such as receptions. Maintain rapport with all departments and attend relevant meetings.
• Suggest food and beverages, with well-versed of the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
• Cleans and polishes glassware, Chinaware, hollowware and flatware.
• Maintains cleanliness and Mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
• Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating Equipment.
• Obtains requested items from the storeroom.
• Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working area.
• Set up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.
• Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
• Transports soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the Steward area.
• Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
• Ensures that all Dining Systems, Standards and procedures are being followed by all dining personnel.
• Ensures the proper set-up, appearance, cleanliness, and orderliness of the dining areas and its surroundings.
• Ensures readiness of the dining area before the start of operations.
• Makes sure all supplies and facilities are available, clean, and in good condition.
• Provides assistance to BSC with party set-up and service.
• Safeguards and controls the issuance of various keys in the dining area.
• Checks grooming of all dining personnel.
