● Providing full customer service and building a strong relationship with customers to guarantee customer loyalty

● Handling clearance shipments at Beirut port (import & export)
● Dealing with local Custom Duties and the full clearance process of goods.
● Coordinating with several shipping lines and agents while comparing the prices in order to provide the client with
the best quotation
● Client retention and expansion of his traffic to include new products / incoterms
● Handling a high number of shipments related to several big accounts
Verifying all the documents needed (Packing List, Commercial invoice, B/L, EUR 1, Debit Note...) with all parties
involved
● Conducting daily / monthly reports covering all the workflow
● Ensure that goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner and properly collected by client based on the
Incoterm agreed upon.
● Conducting the full follow up on the shipment and issuing the invoice for client
● Conduct a cost analysis of several transportation companies in order to select one that is cost-efficient and able to
handle the shipment loads.

● Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
