Graphic Designer - Reporting to Director of Marketing Communication / PR
- Design of menus, flyers, booklets, books, e-flyers, posters, brochures, ads, business cards and all the collaterals used in the hotel and to promote it.
- Assist and cover the hotel business center with full range of secretarial services.
- Over-the-phone Internet troubleshooting.

-Provide IT Helpdesk support through customer service support software (Kayako) for company employees for IT related issues, requests and Software installation and upgrade.
-Manage and Maintain technology assets inventory on Excel and with Lansweeper software
-Organize IT equipment and stationary store. Update IT
-Assist with document control for IT department projects using MS SharePoint, OneDrive for Business.
-Assist with PCs setup from Images and from format and deployment. Assist with data back-ups and transfer.
-Assist IT contractors while operating within The Head office.
-Provide assistance in meeting rooms for TV Display, video conferences and visitors’ access to the Internet
-Assist with IT department special projects
