Human Resource / Administration - Eastern Skyjets
• Responsible for all major HR generalist activities, issuance of Disciplinary Warnings, Performance Appraisal, Leave and Attendance management
• Ensure all HR related queries are directed to me are auctioned within 24hours and that the employee / applicants is satisfied with the response.
• Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related problems.
• Investigate staff absences and ensure appropriate report to be given to the Director of Resource & Standard to ensure disciplinary actions are taken against employees who have violated the company’s policies and procedures
• Provide assistance in developing human resource plans, policies and procedures, employee handbook and coordinate with the management
• Managing the payroll program (status change, attendance, left and hold advice, new hires). Ensure to have keen monitoring the maintenance of payroll records and files accordance with company policy.
• Monitoring the employee’s leaves and attendance
• Handle and keep employees important /legal documents both hard & soft copy.
• Coordinate closely with PRO for arranging employment visa for new employees and visit/transit visa. Whilst ticket, accommodation and other related coordinate with Admin Team
• Assist in preparing and monitoring payroll in accordance with company policy.
• Preparation of End of Service benefits for resigned and terminated employee.
• Conduct Exit Interview
• Monthly & Quarterly Reports:
o HR Dashboard Report
o Grievances & Disciplinary Actions
o Recruitment Timeline
o Leave and Attendance

Recruitment - Eastern Skyjets / Aerotech Aviation
• Act as team lead and responsible for the recruitment and selection.
• Scrutinize, short listing, filter candidates' profiles, and categorize based on specific criteria;
• Phone interview/screening, and prepare candidates' profiles;
• Coordinate and schedule interview (local and out of UAE) of Cabin Crew, Pilots, Engineers and support staff ( Sales, Finance / Admin / HR) for Dubai, Pakistan and Afghanistan offices
• Follow up on recruitment interviews with Director of HR and update candidates with results;
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events with Director of HR and HR Manager;
• Preparing an offer letter of employment, contract and process the new employee after acceptance.
• Coordination with Department Managers on hiring plan and new hired for training requirements.
• Conduct Orientation, Induction and Training for new employees.
• Training and Development, working side by side with the Cabin Training Supervisor.
• Take management of the end to end recruitment process and responsible for finding and sourcing key talent within the industry.
• Assisting in the implementation of the hiring guidelines for internal and external vendors and assisted in the formulation of the recruitment policy in accordance with the organizational goals and objectives
• Assist, suggest and formulate a detailed marketing plan to attract talented candidates with Director of Human Resources
• Work closely with Director of Human Resources, and focus on sourcing talent using my own recruitment strategies and innovative approach.
• Play an integral role in helping the organization to achieve their people plan and help them to develop the level of talent within.
• Coordinate recruitment, training and other HR programs as assigned by the management.
• Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment logs and KPIs;


General Functions
• Research new market opportunities for attracting new candidates, both local and abroad
• Secondary functions include mapping out potential candidates & competitors
• Determine unmet needs and market structure (channels)
• Researching and purchasing of target advertising in all media for niche markets
• Assist management with the coordination of development of marketing pieces for print, and internet.

• Focal point contact of the Head Office for Employee’s concerns - new and existing (Dubai, Abudhabi and DOHA offices)
• Coordinate applicant interviews with General Manager.

o EMPLOYEE-RELATED MATTERS: Employment Offers, Immigration, Labour procedures, Liaison with government departments, completed all formalities related to visa, health card, immigration, economic department and municipality. Liasing with PRO for visa/labour card processing for the new staff, renewals and cancellations. Ensure timely application of visa, work/residence permit of employee
• Cooperate with each department in conducting assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff and aids in the process of promotion then submit the overall report to General Manager.
• Managing personnel functions of salary administration leave entitlements to all employees. (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and DOHA offices)
• Investigate and Understand cause of staff absences with close coordination with Department Head before making a report and recommendation for necessary disciplinary action to General Manager.
• Maintain close coordination to each department head on the daily functions of the staff for the update of staff performance.
• Maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration among the staff to the General Manager and Top Management.
• Update employee details for change of address, salary increases, training and development
