I was worked in the administration Department where a lot of my duties include customer care, billing and insurance approvals Outpatient, Inpatient and Emergency cases. act as source of information about Hospital/Clinic services, policies and rules. collecting demographic data and accurate eligibility and entered into the system per Hospital/Clinic standards. Follow up with the request with the insurance companies, and updating the concerned hospital staff about the status of the request whether approved, denied or require more details which must be sent also by the coordinator.
