Duties and Responsibilities:

MAF Carrefour Account - NIP/ Techno-park
▪ Monitor, communicate and manage supplier pre-alerts and documentation.
▪ File paperworks accordingly for QMS and audit purposes.
▪ To ensure that self and all team members comply with company delegated authorities and all finance related
policies.
▪ To ensure the accurate issuing and timely mailing invoices in accordance with negotiated rates and company
procedures.
▪ To action all financial related queries immediately and ensure meaningful resolutions to queries.
▪ ACON super user (KN Finance and Accounting System).
▪ Update the ACON system as per finance instructions.
▪ Create on ACON Purchase Requests using the correct product code and cost centre.
▪ Control supplier invoices for the validity of amount claimed.
▪ Provide correct job file numbers to suppliers to upload invoices.
▪ Indexation of supplier invoices.
▪ Make on time the GRN on Purchase Order.
▪ Control of expenditures of consumables.
▪ Monitor and control staff attendance and overtime records.
▪ Monitor and control temporary staff attendance and overtime records.
▪ To complete daily account reconciliations checking for accuracy.
▪ To Assist with monthly FSL processes and creditor invoices.
▪ To complete the coding and processing of invoices before sending them to Accounts Payable.
▪ To complete all data entry on time and accurately to ensure accurate data.
▪ To receive and manage enquiries ensuring they are referred or resolved as required.
▪ To compile data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, accounting reports, or
enters information into computers to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping or other records.
▪ To manage errors and complaints.
▪ Interact with Site Manager to establish goals.
▪ Regularly review supplier data base and seek alternatives offering more cost effective products.
▪ Comply with all applicable company directives, policies and procedures. Handling confidential information in line
with the company’s data security protocol.
