Closely collaborating with the Brand Team to develop new and innovative merchandising techniques and high-
quality product presentations.
• Makes critical product placement decisions in partnership with the Brand Team.
• Responsible for executing engaging visual presentations for all the stores.
• Partner and collaborate with Product Merchandising Team and Retail Store Operations Team on the creation
and execution of pre-planned merchandise floor plans, floor layouts and visual displays for upcoming product
deliveries.

• Formulates a Visual Merchandising Strategy in keeping the image and standards of the brand’s guidelines and present it to the Divisional VM Manager along with projected budget requirements.
• Prepares the Visual Display calendar for all the brands taking into consideration seasonal requirements, promotions, brand specific activities, discuss with the relevant departments to ensure its effective implementation.
• Conducts regular store visits and liaise with the Store Manager and VM staff to carry out the merchandising actions in the stores.
• Coaches the store personnel about the importance of visual merchandising/awareness through delivering training sessions on Visual Merchandising.
• Ensures the standards of visual merchandising are being maintained in all the stores.
• Assists in the achievement of Sales targets, driving sales performance through effective store layouts and window displays.
• Researches on trends in visual displays and merchandising techniques in the regional markets and propose new/innovative ideas to ensure the brand presence is in line with the international trends and standards but at the same time reflects regional flavor.
• Motivates the subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously being developed for higher level roles.

Marina Mall, Arabian Center, IBN Battuta and
Fully responsible for stores presentation, windows & stocks presentation throughout the region.
• Fully involved in store Openings- River Island Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, IBN Battuta Mall and Mall
of the Emirates.
• Drives highest possible standards of in-store visual impact. Ensures brand/layout guidelines are
being correctly followed to deliver brand values and ensures corporate handwriting is evident in
presentation.
• In conjunction with visual merchandising team, ensures up to date look to window displays.
