Responsibilities - Started as an admin assistant of CEO: Ekuity is a holding company owned by Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). The pioneer worldwide sovereign wealth fund. Ekuity Holding was established in 2011 to become KIA's investment arm in Egypt and to become the umbrella of all its investments. - Taking messages, typing, and word processing and filing all documents. - Prepare all reports and meeting minutes for board or directors and general assemblies. - Handling for attending big economical conferences (as EEDC) - Sending e-mails, letters, feedbacks and reports. - Working with custom software (archiving programmed and updating news about company business progress and expansion).
- Booking aviation tickets for the board of directors and handling all their accommodation in Egypt.
- Following up and suggesting ideas for renewing the design for stationary and decoration to match between the interface of the company and its vision and mission.
- Got promoted to an Executive secretary of the investment department: - Prepare all reports and meeting minutes for the investment committees. - Managing and working on the portal of the investment sector. - Sending e-mails, letters, feedbacks and reports. -Following up the documents and feedbacks of general assembly meetings of each subsidiary of the group, all committees and reporting all the legal and financial updates of their business.
Courses attended: -Principles of banking certificate from Egyptian Banking Institution (Central Bank of Egypt) - Business English from American chamber of commerce in Egypt.
