1. Manage Contracts with Spend up to 2m GBP.
2. Achieving on average 800K GB savings target annually.
3. Manage strategic spend to capture and improve the company P&L benefits and Procurement savings in short, medium & long term.
4. Develop and lead category management for different commodities (i.e. Marketing, events, POSM, activations, research, IT, Logistics, fleet, Travel, spare parts & insurance….)
5. Manage the best practice sourcing processes (data evaluation, management of RFQ, BOQ analysis, Invitation to tender, contract analysis) and lead the tender process, preparing the TCO and prepare the recommendation to get the buy in from the top management.
6. Supporting suppliers negotiations together with BAT Globe House and different Hubs worldwide.
7. Build and leverage relationships with the internal stakeholders on senior levels along with external suppliers while maintaining high level of diplomacy and confidentiality.
8. Develop and implement contingency plans.
9. Ensure the right level of governance and compliance to Tender committee activities and procurement policy.
10. Conducting trainings to the team, focusing on Development plans, guidance and coaching to improve the overall efficiency of the operation.

1. Handle successfully on daily basis more than 24 various requisitions from departments MRP and Engineering departments
2. Preparing monthly and weekly reports on SAP for management review.
3. Request quotation from forwarders to get the best rate for shipment with the earliest possible booking dates.
4. Solve any arising delivery problems, with internal stakeholders i.e.customs and clearance department or engineering or with external stakeholders i.e. suppliers, forwarders, .. to solve it as early as possible to prevent any delay in the shipment or paying extra costs at the customs.
5. Sourcing for new suppliers to get latest offers and to find alternatives for components.
6. Release L/C with financial department if it requested from the supplier.
