Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies, marketing communications, events, exhibitions, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Planning: planning and execution of the annual business plan for each target audience/country
- Brand Management: responsible for the control and development of the brand across the region/target countries

- Event Management: organisation, execution and ROI measurement of client’s network with a busy schedule of events and road shows; external B2C and B2B exhibitions
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role,
assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire
organization.
• Managing a team of customer services staff.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Writing reports analyzing the customer service.
• Preparing marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business
development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

REPORTING DIRECTLY TO MANIGING DIRECTOR
Coordinate and produce proposals and pre-qualification documents and prepare graphics and presentation material, ensuring compliance with in house quality requirements.
Use initiative to ensure that work process, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.
Handle independently all sales and leasing activities.
Fully involved in HR activities including interviewing and assessment of staff. Prepare various presentations, proposals, sales contracts, action plans, web-based sales promotions and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts that need to be made.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Identifying and resolving client’s concerns.
Conduct research for general information pertaining to client profiles, projects and capital budgets.
Any other Business Development related activities as required.
