Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
Read and interpret layout, technical drawings and schematics.
Attend technical meeting with customer.
Follow up approval of layout, technical drawings and schematics.
Coordinate with the site staff and assure the timely and economically execution of the
project until project hand over and commissioning phase.
Follow up the requested sample list if any and assist with providing shipping instructions.
Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.
Follow up with customer for completion financial and economic (ex: receiving a down
payment /open LC)
Submit progress reports; on weekly and monthly basis including projects schedules.
1-Technical :
a- Revise the order confirmation and compare it with the order and the offer.
b- Coordinate with the customer for layout, P&ID drawings approvals.
c- Meet customers for technical discussions
d- Follow up the requested sample list if any.
e- Follow up FAT (Factory Acceptance Test ) protocol and punch list if any to assure completion before the shipment.
e- Coordinate with after sales office to complete the start up.
f- Revise the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and follow up SAT punch list if there is open subject until its finalization
2- Logistics:
a- Follow up the down payment
b- Follow up opening and amendments of the L/C for payment
c- Follow up the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) time and visa issuing procedures.
d- Follow up shipping details.
e- Coordinate with the customer regarding the supplier start up technicians accommodation and airport pick up.
1-Search tenders and apply for them
2-Contact with foreign companies to get from them quotations
3-Study the received quotations technically very hard
4-Assure that the received quotation completely match the client's inquiry
5-Prepare financial offer
6-follow up with the client, the foreign company, shipment agency and custom clearance office to assure the delivery time
