Checks the operating conditions of pot equipment launder, coating pot and air knives.
Charge metal ingots into the premelt pot and galvanizing pot and ensure blocks are free from moisture.
Remove the dross at regular interval.
Scrapes sink roll and stabilizer rools as necessary.
Checks, inspect and monitor the operating condition of the equiopment in the resin coating and makes the necessary setting adjustments..
Operates and controls horizontal coater, curing oven, cooling fan and pumps for the transfer og resin chemical coating.
Monitor and make necessary maintenance in the main control cabinet of various motors and rotary valve.
Checks and inspect various control wiring system in my area responsibilities.make proper internal and external connection of the motors.
Perform trouble shooting and repairs electrical breakdown of various refinery equipment
