• Duties:
o Responsible for achieving sales objectives for my territory by promoting IV products to the Hospital chief pharmacist, specialist healthcare professionals and other continuing medical education activities.
o Managing and Developing Key Accounts.
o Responsible for following up of Bids and Tenders with Purchasing departments by providing competitive offers and Follow-up.
o Continuous formulation of marketing Intelligence and Follow up.
o Build, maintain and develop relationships to Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
o Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Champion; Responsible for the SFE project for Lebanon.

• Duties:
o Raising awareness of Takeda entry to the Lebanese market and promoting a set of branded leading products.
o Sales Force Effectiveness(SFE) Champion; Responsible for the SFE project for Lebanon
o Making presentations as well as providing product demonstrations and trainings
o Supervising a Medical Representative trainee for a period of two months: Training and development, selling skills, Planning and organizing. Assisting the Trainee through double visits to KOL’s by offering Scientific and Marketing support.
o Ensuring Product Sales Analysis as per Lebanon and as per territories on a weekly basis.
o Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams.
o Creating & executing a territory business plan focused on generating sales.
o Attending exhibitions when required.
o Building long term relationships and offering flexible solutions to clients.
o To identify, influence and build relationships with key decision-makers.
o Building lasting relationships with clients during a complex, technical sells.
o Coverage of the entire Lebanese Market.
o Closing Deals with hospital pharmacies.
o Securing coverage and call frequency.
o Opening up and exploring new sales channels.
o Budgeting, Sales follow-up.
o Market Analysis and Strategy.
o Organizing meetings for health care professionals.
o Presenting Data to Health care professionals and during internal meetings.

• Field Experience: Achrafieh and Mount Lebanon (bulk), Dahieh area and west Beirut, Keserwen, Batroun and Sin el Fil.
