Accounting Responsibilities:
GL
• Responsible for the day to day operations recording.
• Closing and reconciling bank accounts daily and on a monthly basis.
• Post daily journals .
• Reconciling and follow the current accounts with subsidiaries and associates inboard and outboard.
• Closing Accruals for interest and income.
AP
• Review and approve all the payments of the organization
• Responsible to manage suppliers Accounts and other various expenses.
• Review the fixed assets transactions from purchasing, depreciation and calculation.
• Record monthly credit card expense transactions.
AR
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Receipts and Aging.
• Responsible to prepare report related to customer.
• Responsible to perform debt collection with Leasing Department.
Financial Responsibilities:
• Responsible to compile and analysis financial information to prepare financial statements.
• Preparing consolidated financial statements for Subsidiaries Company.
• Reporting the movement of the shareholders to ensure securing for the group.
• Responsible to ensure all financial reporting deadlines.
• Payroll Preparation for Staff in ALARGA International Company
• Assist the Department Head and Finance Manager in providing financial accounting services internally and externally
• Organize and prepare the required financial reports from Oracle with organizational control Department (oracle System)
• Liaise with the external (statutory) auditors to complete the audit within the given timeframes.
