1) Oversee the technical aspects to review electrical design & the specification base on the contract agreement between the client and the contractor.
2) Check any type of materials & equipment from medium voltage down to low voltage base on the given specification on the design drawing as well as communication system.
3) Checking and review shop drawing made by the drafter and give any sketch plan recommendation before submitted to consultant or client for approval.
4) In-charge of site implementation and control in coordination with civil works & various system installation as per the specification on the given approved shop drawing.
5) Checking of automation system & control base on the design & requirements from owner of the building and discuss personally to each vendors / supplier to get more productive and good result during the operation of the system.
6) Checking also of mechanical control system such as fire fighting & water supply for plumbing system on water tank source to install water level control system in order to operate the pump automatically.
7) Checking also of Mechanical equipment such as emergency back-up generator system include supply of fuel pipe and return pipe from fuel storage tank.
8) Checking on site & giving direct supervision on installation for each system base on approved
section and details as well as approved method statement.
9) Assessment on vendor technician during testing and commissioning works base on testing &
commissioning method statement from medium voltage down to low voltage as well as communication / electronic system.
10) Assessment or witness factory Fat testing & commissioning of medium voltage equipment such
as switch gear panel and transformer before delivery to actual site of installation and keep the
record all the data made by fat testing in-charge.
Organized and checked the work of subcontractor, the daily activities & daily progress report, and also the daily work schedule. Checking the manpower capacity & ability to do the job and the quality of work if they are following the approved installation details & specification as well as the quality of materials being used and it should be approved materials, base on the approved shop drawing before submitting to the consulting office for final inspection. Coordinate to all discipline to avoid any obstruction during the execution of work on site, Oversee the technical aspect for the whole electrical works on building and infrastructure projects and make sure that the quality of work is done in accordance with the approved plan and specification as stipulated on the contract agreement between the client and main contractor. Monitoring the whole site implementation and work progress including the safety of all workers, that they are advised to wear complete PPE as ordered by the client and company rules to check and secure all the life of people on site during working time, Conduct actual checking on slab and on wall before submitting for consultant final inspection and before concrete casting will begin as per complete installation done to make sure that they follow the installation details and specification as well as approved materials, and checked and review the whole electrical shop drawings, details and specification.
Site preparation and implementation as per site condition and civil work condition with proper supervision on actual installation, oversee and check the approved shop drawing and approved method of statement as well as proper approved specification and approved installation details and relate to skilled workers before execution of work to avoid rejected and passed by the consultant during inspection time, and this well be done for inspection as per as built plan I made and also it is reflected to approved shop drawing and sign by consultant inspector and main contractor QA/QC in-charge for approval reference and proof, All material installed also based on material approval and all documents is on site just in case for checking, Every work executed is based on calendar days work target and as per contract agreement to avoid delayed and back-charging, Attending 30 minutes daily coordination meeting in order to know and follow all problems in any discipline involved on site and this is the basis to run the work smoothly on site, Material estimate and material take off should also consider on site in order to meet the proper contract agreement without losing the contract price, monitoring on site should also done properly to avoid delayed and rushing problems, final checking of works to be done before submitting to QA/QC for final submittal for inspection, safety procedures also followed as per client and contractor rules during execution of work, I’m conducting daily safety briefing to workers before start the work, Scope of work and system in-charge to be lay-out is under special system which is Fire Alarm system, Public Address system, MATV system and Access Control system involved door access system / security surveillance system, all is under low current system, Every shop drawing problem to be finalized on design in-charge before executing on site, daily reporting also submitted to my construction manager and also discussing any problems in-counter on site, site condition, design and material problems, noted, no foreman under me.
Site monitoring actual Implementation Supervision for the 7 system shop drawings & handling 4 foreman for site lay-out and installation for the following system, 1) Lighting System w/ CSM & DALI control, 2) Power System include power schematic riser diagram 3) Emergency Lighting System, 4) Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation System, 5) Security & Surveillance System include CCTV riser diagram 6) Telecommunication & CATV System include IDF Connection and riser diagram 7) Building Management System(BMS), BUSBAR assembly & cable tray installation vertical & horizontal, raised floor trunking lay-out for structured cable, Checking & reviewing approved shop drawings and installation approved details, Monitor civil works for upcoming electrical works, Checking & reviewing material approval, technical submittal before submitting for material inspection and make sure material to be installed on site is approved from consultant & client, Reporting and discussing to MEP coordinator regarding site problems & giving them updated accomplishment & pending works to Sr. Electrical Consultant in order to check & giving action whatever the problems on site to avoid delaying the project, Preparing electrical check request(RFIA) to the consultant for approval on site works, Assisting the Inspector during inspection time in order to act immediately whatever the comment they want to do, Performing all other duties that requested by the senior electrical engineer, Prepared & submit daily activities report to consultant and main contractor, Assisting the foreman to interpret the plan & specification specially as per site condition, direct instruction and supervision to the technician on site, follow up the consultant whatever comments on site and rectify as per comment, in-charge for making as built shop drawings, prepared pre-commissioning check request with the assessment from supplier and assist the consultant for final inspection.
Reporting to General Manager as well as the Head of the department, I'm in-charge of the safety on site implementation on safety requirements during execution of work, I'm conducting safety briefing to all workers every morning regarding the rules and regulation about safety procedures before start the work, I'm conducting tools check up, hand tools, power tools, scaffolding and all safety materials being used on site, PPE is always implemented on site, Materials inspection before installation on site as per material sub-metal and approval, actual inspection about electrical works on site as per recommended and advice by management team and make sure that they follow the approved details installation and specification, attend weekly meeting by management rules and make a report daily to submit at the office for record purposes specially no accident happen...

briefing on overall contractor, Reporting to Electrical foreman & supervisor as a team leader of the group, prepared daily schedule as per task given, prepared sketch & drawing, tools and materials to be used, safety materials as well, Cable laying direct
buried from substation to any area of sub-panel location and from transformer location as per sketch plan and specification before backfilling, cable tray lay-out & installation horizontal and vertical from 50mm to 900mm size of cable tray, through welded support around the oil and Gas tower and cooling tower as well as pipe line control valve panel and termination point, motor control line to panel and termination box, lighting fixtures
line and termination point box, lighting steel support fixing, termination point box and panel support installation, cable tray grounding connection on every end, and after all laying of cable and cable tray installation, cable pulling will follow point to point using XLPE cable vertical & horizontal, thin follow glanding and termination to termination
box, control panel, transformer termination point using high voltage terminator qualified,
and substation connection, lighting fixtures connection as per design drawing schedule of
loads, termination of motor control box point, grounding and earthing connection, thin
commissioning team will follow for testing and energized.
