Production and Maintenance manager
Managing 4 filling stations and Carbon dioxide, Hydrogen, acetylene production facilities (Planning, Manpower Utilization, Maintain Availability). Actively participated and recommended improvements to plant layout, policies, processes and procedures and managed their implementation effectively to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the site, provide guidance, encouraging team work and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. Lead and coached a multi-cultural workforce of 27 employees (Supervisors, Shift leaders, Workers and technicians) from 8 nationalities. Developed SOP’s for the Plants, conducted Generic Risk Analysis (GRA) and Accidental Risk assessment (ARA) to achieve EIS (Elements important for Safety) identification for the facilities. Developed and supervised the preventive maintenance plan implementation on time and within the budget.
Qualify new workers and participate in the training plan implementation of the production/maintenance team plant operation, trouble shooting and safety aspects of the plant). Prepares monthly reports to identify deviations in the cost by monitoring specific consumption of raw material and utilities as per specific consumption norms, Review of all reports i.e. DCS reports, Log books, Log sheets, Analysis reports and ensuring corrective action has been taken. Preparation of shut down job activity list, planning of shutdown requirements, coordination with external contractors regarding process activities like catalyst replacement etc.
Selected Achievements:
• Triple the CO2 production and hit a record of 310 ton/month. Achieved CGA standards for CO2 quality for beverages, Qualified the CO2 facility by PEPSI and Coca Cola
• Improve and maintain viability of hydrogen plant to 97%
• Significantly reduced losses from 11% to 6.8%
• Participated in the commissioning of hydrogen and acetylene plant and an automatic filling station

• Optimization of production ratios (decrease of CO2 ratio from 0.58 to 0.54, N2O ratio from 2.6 to2.2, dry ice ratio from 1.9 to 1.5), Dry Ice machine production standard capacity 33% increased by adjusting the dry ice block size and reduce the block rejected
