I. Recruitment and Placement
1. Receive and confirm Personnel Requisition form from Administration Officer.
2. Monitor and update Applicant Tracking System and make Monthly and Yearly Recruitment Report.
3. Do the job posting for vacancies. Screen resumes and schedule/invite shortlisted applicants for interview.
4. Conduct and interpret psychological examination of the applicants. Process pre-employment requirements of hired applicants. Make and update 201 file and ID of newly hired personnel.
5. Do job backgrounds reference check.
6. Prepare introduction of newly hired personnel monthly.
7. Prepare contract of employment.
8. Process approved request documents from staff indicated at request slip form.
9. Conduct exit interview, process and secure Release and Quitclaim of the resigned staff.
II. Transfer and Promotion
1. Prepare the individual memo of concerned staff that will transfer to other Center.
2. Make Personnel Action Form for the adjustment / allowance of the staff, if there’s any.
3. Make appointment paper of the promoted staff or staff with salary adjustment, as well as the Personnel Action Form.

VI. Perform any other task that may be assigned by the superior form time to time.
a. Respond to Patient enquiries, receiving feedback from patients and their relatives on the services of the hospital.
b. Ensure coordination of communication between patients, families and medical staff.
c. Assist in the preparation of doctors schedule (arranging conference calls, make an appointment, schedule the meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting.)
d. Performing administrative/clerical functions such as (Hospital appointment letter and send via email, prepare memorandum of agreement (MOA) for hospital partnership, and for HMO accreditation.
e. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports of all Doctors and HMO’S.
f. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
g. Develops marketing campaign according to the communications thrusts of POCC and each individual Center/Branch with content approved by Administrator and Board, as well as respective partner institution.
h. Establishes and maintains effective communication with the Doctors, POCC Centers and other departments, as well as, public and private agencies, medical institutions HMOs, NGOs
i. Visits doctors, specialist, and other patient referral sources in the community at least 20 hours per week (including lunch and break times and after usual clinic hours).
j. Manages POCC doctor and patient referral programs. Works with the AO and/or PCO to ensure smooth receipt and scheduling of doctor referred patients.
k. Responsible for the development and execution of internal and external special activities, events and projects (promotional public relations)
l. Responsible for the development and execution of POCC doctor lecture program with Centers or with other public/private institutions to enhance community education and foster positive relations between POCC and the greater community.
m. Promotes the organization among members of the medical community in order to establish partnerships and affiliations, as well as consistent referral patterns.
n. Meets or exceeds doctor relations goals.
o. Maintains quarterly inventory and minutes for designated subcommittees and utilizes template design for special events on a case-by-case basis.
p. Assist the process owner in controlling the Quality Management System (QMS) documents pertaining to the division.
q. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Collecting Data of patients diagnosed in Cancer in all Metro Manila Hospital.
Compile, organize and report medical case data.
Abstracting on the standard population-based cancer registration form.
All the data gathered in all hospital will be coded in ICD-10 according to the instruction of World Health Organization (WHO) Registry.
Encoding the data into the CanReg4 software of International Agency of Research in Cancer (IARC) France.
Collecting Death Certificates in Local Civil Registrar who died in Cancer.
Updating the files via CanReg4 from the previous year’s up to the present years.
Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
