• Administrate and coordinate the implementation of health & safety management systems policy and procedures to include the organization of training and facilitate the monitoring and distribution of PMCS Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintaining a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in HSMS.
• Ensuring that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual.
• Responsible for receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents on a day today basis.
• Recording of incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers.
• Being up to date with new legislation and maintaining a working knowledge of all legislation and any developments that affect the employer’s industry.
• Implemented an employee safety training protocol and performed all safety and field related training.
• Perform weekly KPI &Monthly Reports.
• Maintaining log register (CARs/NCRs, Baseline Health Assessment, Training Matrix& Surveillance)and ensure that are up to date.
• Supports the HSE Manager & HSE Engineers on their tasks.
• Maintains contact with project safety/health personnel to keep them informed of safety issues and to ensure adequate technical support.
• Coordinate with HSE Engineers on site activities & documentation of Surveillance Reports and walkthrough.
• Provides direction and administrative supervision to safety/health personnel assigned as support staff.
• Seek training and team-building activities in order to sustain motivation along with the other team members.
• Ensuring effective implementation and execution of the PMCS QMS.
• Create and promote a continues improvement among team members.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Provides Executive and Admin Support to Sr.
Commercial Manager and associate Contracts
Managers & Deputy Contracts Managers.
• Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and
combines this information into established
reports for use within and outside the unit. May
develop a new report or revise existing reports,
as directed. Distributes reports as directed by
immediate supervisor.
• Review time reports to verify accuracy of hours
worked and time charges. Follows up to ensure
timely processing of corrections.
• Maintains employee directory and related data
pertaining to employees assigned to the unit,
including company resumes. Tracks paid-time-
off hours charged and maintains schedule of
future hours to be taken.
• Originates correspondence and reports not
requiring the personal attention of immediate
supervisor. Answers telephone, taking and
relaying messages. Receives, sorts, and
distributes mail.
• Work closely with immediate supervisor in
tracking timeliness of performance appraisals
and preparing documents related to personnel
actions.
• Periodically prepares an occupancy report by
project or gather information to complete
staffing reports for the unit and/or several
projects, as directed by immediate supervisor.
• Coordinates physical space requirements for
the assigned unit. Initiates requests for PCs and
telephones, and updates Corporate Directory as
appropriate.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with
this position as may be appropriate.
