• Database management and operational control for 4 brands: menu management, costs, and stocks; regular monitoring of stocks with post-event reports; operational and budgetary review; and reporting for all brands.
• Collaborative management of menus, recipes, costs, orders, stocks, sales, menu engineering and results analysis with operational optimization; supplier monitoring; budget management; and system development.
• Implementation of integrated management including menu engineering, monthly reports, events, cost reduction, inventories, stock variance analysis, statistical studies, and menu pricing in constant collaboration with management.

• Laboratory analysis (physicochemical and microbiological) to ensure compliance with food safety standards and ISO 22000:2005; support for product innovation, regular inspections of the food safety system, and quality assurance to ensure the efficiency of production units according to ISO 22000:2005.
