Ensure satisfactory levels of HSE performance from EPC Contractor with respect to engineering & site activities.
Monitor, witness and approve (as required) EPC contractor implementation of the engineering/design for the B3-U & O Project site activities.
Responsible for precommissioning, mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up procedures, plans and schedules for the U & O. Supervise EPC contractor in the execution of precommissioning, mechanical completion, commissioning & start- up activities for the U & O.
Responsible for all LDPE instrumentation, PLC, DCS(automation) to be according to QC certifications; Responsible for EPC Contractor Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU).Verify dossiers for the respective elements of subsystems, systems, process units and ensure that all LDPE facilities are correct and complete as per Company requirements.
Verify, develop and implement loop testing programs according with project priority and schedule

Coordinate all construction, precommissioning, commissioning, mechanical and electrical operations, instrumentation and control systems (E I & C ) for turn-key job four boilers 120 T/h and 100 bar.

-Coordination of the procurement department in order to purchase equipment and labor.
- Coordinating the planning department to pursue the assembly under the terms stipulated in the contract.
- Coordination the operations and training department for commissioning tests of the equipment (pressure testing, chemical cleaning, etc. ..), energizing electrical equipment (compressors, pumps, valves, etc. ..) testing and commissioning instrumentation, PLC and DCS, prepare operating manuals and commissioning as specified by the designer.
