- Supervise the performance of the Medical staff..
- Attend to daily clinic activities - whether emergencies or regular medical consultations
- Perform Medical Examinations or Health Checks for Drilling employees. Health Checks include-
Complete Medical History which includes Past Medical history, Family History, Social History, Allergy,
Medications being
taken, Immunization History; Complete Physical Examination, Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement, Vision
Test,
Ishihara Test for color blindness,; Blood Examinations
which includes
FBC or CBC 18 Parameters, Blood Group + Rhesus; FBS, Urea/Creatinine, GOT-GPT-GGT, Lipid Profile,
HbsAg / Anti Hbs,
Uric acid, HIV, , general urine examination
Alcohol Test using Breath Analyzer;
ECG.
- Conducts and coordinate medical evacuations (Medivac)
- Make referrals to Specialist Doctors if may require.
