• Conduct rapid and accurate primary and secondary assessments of trauma patients.
• Emergency Interventions & Stabilization, Administer life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR, hemorrhage
control, airway management).
• Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
• Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
• Monitoring patients vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications promptly.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during times of crisis, explain
medical procedures and obtain informed consent when appropriate, and assist with end-of-life care as
needed
• Maintaining and updating patient files, medical charts, and health records.
• Adhering to best nursing practices, standards, and protocols.
• Performs medical tasks, including drawing blood and giving shots
• Administers medication and other doctor-recommended treatment plans
• Wound Care - Proficient in treating and dressing wounds
