•Analyze and Design Solution Structure (layouts and prototypes)
•Identify documentation standards for the department
•Develop and maintain different technical documentation templates

Identifying the requirements and feature set(s) for a solution, provide understanfing to Project Manager and the development team on the solution requirement in the least amount of time possible.
This entails:
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize system detailed and operational requirements.
- Provide Consultancy services by gathering, and analyzing customer and business requirements.
- Requirement analysis and documentation.
- Use Cases Creation
- Prototype / Layouts creation

Customer care executive, constant contact with customers on the phone and face to face, which includes offering services, in addition to solving any technical problem they are facing.
